Limited Warranty (Overview)
Workmanship and specified materials may be covered by a limited warranty described in your construction agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to covered products and materials. Warranty service requires the project to be paid current and maintained in a reasonable manner.

Changes in Scope
Any changes must be authorized via written change orders and may affect price and schedule.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or nonperformance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, labor or material shortages, or governmental actions.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from a project are governed by the parties’ written construction agreement. Many agreements require negotiation and/or mediation prior to arbitration or litigation. Please refer to your signed contract for specific procedures and venue.

Messages are project-related and informational only, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, arrival notices, photo/document sharing, and project status updates. 2. Opt-Out Instructions
